At Restaurant Epilogo, cuisine becomes a balance between precision, creativity, emotion, and nature. Inspired by the colors, textures, and rhythm of the Adriatic, every dish is designed as a visual and sensory composition where natural elements play a central role. Unexpected ingredients such as blue and green spirulina bring vibrancy, elegance, and a distinctive artistic signature to the dining experience, while refined contemporary techniques elevate the purity of each ingredient.

Executive Chef Aleksandar Kerekeš leads the culinary vision of Restaurant Epilogo through a philosophy rooted in creativity, Adriatic identity, and modern gastronomy.

Drawing inspiration from his professional experience in Spain and Japan, Chef Kerekeš combines Mediterranean tradition with refined international techniques, creating cuisine defined by precision, balance, and artistic expression. His approach focuses on natural flavors, contemporary presentation, and innovative compositions inspired by the Adriatic landscape.

Working closely with local fishermen, growers, and Croatian winemakers, he creates seasonal menus that reflect the richness of the region while continuously exploring new textures, colors, and culinary possibilities.

A series of carefully curated amuse-bouche creations are served on bespoke plates inspired by historic Dubrovnik symbols such as Libertas and the Rozeta — enduring symbols of light, heritage, and history.
